Memo function for all contents
You can enter a personal memo for every module, every graphic, every
legend item and every spare part.
All memos are kept in a list. Each entry has a reference to the corresponding
location in the documentation. If, for example, you select a memo
concerning a legend item, the referenced module appears with the illustration
having that legend item. The item is marked in the graphic and in
the legend.

Exchange memos
With the export function, you can make your memos available to other
users of R&S®IETDView. To do this, use the XML export for R&S®IETDView
memos and send the created XML file to your correspondent. Utilizing
the import function he can use your comments the same way as you do.
